Our Team
It's cheesy to say but our people really are our major asset we simply could not do our job without them. We believe our success over the past 10 years in gaining 50% market share (from zero) is down to the skills, dedication and hard work of our team. Here is a selection which will change each time you visit the site;
Steve Helm
- Management
Our Australian grower. He is well travelled and developed an interest in horticulture when he based himself in Holland. Steve worked in our Dutch unit overseeing the growing and transferred over to Lincolnshire Herbs at the end of 2007. Steve is self taught and a very hands-on grower and can often be seen scrambling under gutters fixing irrigation or coming in late at night to check the heating. Steve has recently been providing technical assistance to our new Portugese operation, Vivas Aromaticas.
Gareth (Gaz) Hodson
- Team Leader
Has been with us since 2001 and has worked his way through our business to become the Packing Team Leader. Packing like harvesting is a challenging job. Gareth works closely with Craig planning what can be packed to meet our deadlines. Gareth’s team is very dedicated to helping us get our herbs onto the lorries and to our customers. It’s been know for Gareth’s team to still be packing late on both Christmas Eve and New Years Eve with no complaints. That’s dedication!
Darren Scotney
- General Nursery Worker
Darren works for Gaz and the packing team. Darren is the quieter of the Scotney brothers! Darren has been with us since 2001.
