Production Operatives required to work a continental shift pattern 7am-7pm.

Job Purpose:   Lincolnshire Herbs supplies Pot and Cut Herbs to major food retailers.  As a Key Operative we would expect you to always meet the company Values whilst actively employing the company policies and procedures in all areas of work.   Following appropriate training, you will undertake basic duties, correctly, safely, and efficiently to the required quality standards.   Always ensuring these duties are completed in line with Company policies including but not, limited to, PPE, Food Safety, Health and Safety, ‘clean as you go’ and ‘Good Manufacturing Practices’ (GMP).

Role Accountabilities:
Health & Safety is adhered to in all areas of work, issues are reported to area Team Leader / Management. 
Responsible to work to required specifications of the area of work.
To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times. To follow “Clean as you go procedure” – making sure your areas are cleaned, after work completion. 
To ensure minimal waste levels of packaging or product is achieved, all issues must be reported to the Team Leader or Managers.
To achieve specified production rates for the areas of work.  
To ensure that all practices and procedures executed in each work area, comply with all statutory legislation with regards to food safety and hygiene
To work well with others as part of a team
To have a positive, can-do attitude.
