General Operative – Harvesting
Our mission is to cultivate healthy plants and deliver top-quality crops while adhering to legal requirements.  As a General Operative within our Harvesting operation, you will play a crucial role in achieving these goals.
 
Key Responsibilities:
As a General operative, you will play a vital role in our production and fulfilment processes. Your key responsibilities include:

Efficient Production:
o   Maintain consistent production rates to meet targets.

o   Ensure smooth and efficient workflow within the production area.

Accurate Customer Order Fulfilment:
o   Handle customer orders with precision and attention to detail.

o   Ensure 100% accuracy in fulfilling customer requests.

Vigilance Against Pests and Diseases:
o   Monitor and promptly report any signs of pests, diseases, or disorders affecting our plants.

Hygiene Standards:
o   Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene.  Follow the ‘Clean as You Go’ procedure, leaving work areas spotless.

Minimise Waste:
o   Report any packaging or product stock issues to a Team Leader.
