Line Leader (Red Shift)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Line Leader to join our Cut Production Team.  

As a Line Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading staff on the line to deliver a quality focused and efficient packing operation on a daily basis.  Our company is Customer Focused, and we pride ourselves on exceeding our customers’ needs. Our product quality sets us apart from the competition and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

·       Lead the staff in the line to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the packing process.

·       Take a proactive approach to identify and address underperforming members of the team, providing coaching and support to help them improve.

·       Ensure accurate recording of cut data information to maintain production efficiency.

·       Complete all production reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

·       Previous experience of supervising a team within a manufacturing or production environment.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.

·       Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

·       Ability to analyse data and identify areas for improvement.

·       Excellent organisation and time management skills
