  • QA Quality Auditor

    Hours: 40 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday or Thursday to Monday

    We are looking for a proactive QA to join our team, working Sunday to Thursday or Thursday to Monday

    This role involves rotating across three key areas: raw material intake, cut and pot

    production, ensuring our products meet high-quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Process and inspect raw materials, ensuring accurate records in the Rubicon

    system.

    Conduct quality checks, audits (GMP, internal, and quality), and product

    monitoring.

    Ensure correct packaging, labelling & coding, addressing any discrepancies.

    Perform stock quality checks and liaise with Line Leaders and Managers on

    issues.

    Conduct laboratory sampling, glass/brittle plastic checks, and traceability

    exercises.

    Support external audits (BRC, GLOBALG.A.P., Red Tractor, etc.) and internal

    meetings.

    Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and company policies.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Strong attention to detail with experience in food quality control or a related

    field.

    Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Team Leader - Glasshouse Operations

    Team Leader – Glasshouse Operations (Living Herbs)

    Location: Lincolnshire
    Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
    Contract: Full-time, Permanent

    This is not a typical production role. As Team Leader – Glasshouse Operations, you’ll support the full living herb growing cycle, from sowing and planting through to harvesting, packing, and dispatch.

    Working in a fast-paced, live growing environment, you’ll lead and support teams across multiple stages of production, manage frequently changing labour plans, and anticipate plant health and crop readiness to meet fluctuating customer demand efficiently and profitably.

    This role suits someone proactive, highly organised, and confident making quick decisions under pressure.
