Stephen Corby | Managing Director
Steve took up his post as Managing Director at Lincolnshire Herbs in January 2025 and has over 30 years’ experience in the food and drink industry. His early years were spent in a variety of sales roles for the likes of Nestle, KP, Greencore and Northern Foods, after which he ran Cott Beverages European Business Unit where he lead two successful acquisitions in two years and won The Grocer Gold Own Label Supplier of the Year Award.
He has spent the last 10 years in the Agri sector, most notably delivering the successful turnaround of family owned Kanes Foods. Having also worked in fruit and protected crops Steve has a passion for produce.

Mark Collins | Commercial Manager
Mark has been involved in the Fresh Produce Industry over the past 27 years since graduating. He has always worked in the Commercial arena, supplying several FMCG product categories to an array of UK retailers and customers He has held senior positions at Pop Worldwide and more recently at The Fruit Firm, joining Lincolnshire Herbs in April 2024.
Mark is passionate about the products and service supplied, loves driving business forwards collaboratively, and has taken great pride in the relationships he has built over many years

Joanne Lawson | Financial Controller
Joanne is a dedicated and detail-driven Certified Accountant with over 30 years of experience across a broad range of business sectors. For the past 13 years, she has specialised in the fresh produce industry, with nearly a decade spent at Lincolnshire Herbs. In her role, Joanne has successfully led the finance function, ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the company’s finance department.
Additionally, she has played a pivotal role in providing essential financial expertise to support the company’s growth and capital investment strategies, contributing to its continued success.

Yvette Wright | Operations Manager
Yvette oversees operational activities across the entire site, leading teams to achieve efficiency, profitability, and excellence in growing and production. Yvette is committed to driving operational success. With over 20 years of experience in operational roles within the fresh produce sector, including Greenvale AP, Produce World, G’s, and AH Worth, Yvette has consistently demonstrated her abilities to make changes.
At G’s Growers, Yvette played a key role in business recovery after the loss of a major account, driving a 55% annual turnover increase. At AH Worth Ltd, she strengthened employee culture and food safety standards while enhancing efficiency and profitability in a challenging environment.

Steve Othick | Purchasing Manager
Steve Othick has worked in international commercial roles for 30+ years including 20 years in fresh produce. He started out with the Fresca Group in fresh produce before moving to Madrid where he spent 10 years working in commercial roles for UK companies in branded luxury goods and FMCGs. Having returned to UK, he moved back into the food sector including spells in salads and Princes canned tuna as senior buyer.
He has worked in fresh produce for the last 14 years in procurement roles – mainly working with the Waitrose category provider in fruit / exotic fruit. He has broad experience in developing 12-month supply bases for new categories and has worked extensively in cost saving projects relating to labelling and packing at source. He speak fluent Spanish and Portuguese.

Alan Bayliss | Technical Manager
Alan has recently joined Lincolnshire Herbs, January 2025, taking the role of Technical Manager. Having worked in the Food Industry for over 25 years, working with the major retailers and always working to BRC requirements. Initially in ambient snacks, then moving to the Meat Industry for a number of years at what is now Pilgrim Foods.
Bakkavor Bourne Prepared produce was first role in Produce, with Bagged Salads, Prepared Fruit and stir fry. Then moving to Orchard House Foods which was again Prepped Fruit, but also Freshly squeezed Juices and Desserts. After a period back again in ambient snacks and then also in dehydrated vegetables, finds himself back in the world of Produce.

Toms Bondars | Business Analyst
Toms joined Lincolnshire Herbs in 2017 and has been instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making as a Business Analyst. With expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and process optimisation, he collaborates with teams across the business to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve profitability.
Passionate about transforming complex data into actionable strategies, Toms plays a key role in refining reporting systems and ensuring that key performance indicators align with the company’s strategic goals.

Alicja Kostecka-Lawson | HR Manager
Alicja is an experienced HR professional dedicated to workforce planning, labour relations, and talent management at Lincolnshire Herbs Ltd. With a proven track record in HR roles at The Deepings Practice, Sunmagic Juices Ltd, and beyond, she brings a strong strategic and people-focused approach to her work. She is passionate about creating effective HR strategies that align with business objectives and employee well-being.
A lifelong learner, Alicja is always looking to expand her knowledge to become a better HR partner. She is currently pursuing an MSc in Organisational Psychology to deepen her understanding of workplace behaviour and enhance employee well-being.
