FLAT LEAF PARSLEY
I’m the quiet hero of the herb world: clean, green, and full of flavour. Toss me into salads, stir me through grains like couscous or bulgur, or finish off pasta, fish, and roasted veg with a handful of my leaves. I even shine in sauces like chimichurri.
DILL
I bring a feathery texture and fresh, slightly sweet flavour to fish dishes, creamy dressings, pickles, and potato salads. I’m light, but I’ll totally transform a plate.
CORIANDER
I’m here to bring a fresh, zesty twist to your cooking. Chop me into curries, stir me into salsas, or sprinkle me over noodle dishes, tacos, soups, and salads. My leaves and stems are both packed with flavour, so nothing goes to waste!
CARING FOR US:
We're happiest when we're cool! Keep us in the fridge until you're ready to add a little flavour to your cooking. Once opened, wrap us loosely in damp kitchen paper or pop us into an airtight container to keep us fresh for longer. Give us a quick wash before use, then chop, sprinkle and enjoy. Fresh herbs, happy meals!
